CDquadrat is an independent label and stands for well selected and unique music. It is the aim and ambition of Cdquadrat to find and release the really special music out of mass-market music productions. Commercial considerations don’t count a lot during the aware selection of new publications - the music has to convince.

Cdquadrat wants to contribute to publishing of individual, sophisticated, challenging and cross-border music - styles of avant-garde, fusion, jazz, classical music and e-ground classic.


Music is precious and it should not be used like an everyday product.


With our new publications we want to show that music is precious and is not just a temporary mass-product. We are interested in unfading aspects of music and not in trends.

The criteria of the label are creative and independent musical productions. The personal contact to the musicians and a cooperation, that doesn’t influence the musical creativity represent the essential components of the label. CDquadrat is releasing productions for everyone who wants to break new and individual ground in the music.

We are convinced that there are a lot of people who appreciate this concept.
